The German 3-Ton Cargo Truck was the workhorse of the German Army. With nearly 140,000 of them produced by Opel, these legendary German light trucks were used extensively throughout Europe from the mid 1930s and throughout WWII .
The Forces of Valor German Ambulance is constructed with a blend of die cast metal and plastic components and is rich in detail. The cab is constructed in diecast metal, which provides for most of the model's weight. Side mirrors and headlights are constructed of plastic for maximum detail. The rear cargo area features simulated wood grain patterns, and the removable cover has hand-painted window straps and the look and feel of canvas material stretched over support beams
